Let me help you live YOUR life to the fullest! I have helped with so many varied issues and barriers to living life. I will work with you as an individual to find the answer that is right for you. You don’t even have to tell me the details as much of my work can be content free. Tell me how you WANT to feel and let's get you there in as few sessions as possible. I use the latest techniques of neuroscience to create quick and effective change that is lasting and can be life changing.
As you will see in the About Me section, I am a qualified alcohol counsellor and addiction specialist for gambling and nicotine. (also an ex-smoker so I know what it is like to attempt to quit!) Working in mental health for 20 years has enabled me to understand how conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress including post-traumatic stress and OCD can impact on a person. I am passionate about helping people maintain positive mental health.

All clients are offered an initial consultation to assess the best treatment option and to answer any questions you might have. I will talk to you about what therapy I recommend we use and how many sessions I believe are needed. Most people only need to have one to three sessions!
I have trained in cutting edge therapies and my underpinning motivation is always to help you live the life you want in as few sessions as possible. I am always learning, and where possible, I have trained with the people who developed the original techniques. A therapy or coaching session may last up to 75 minutes. For skype or online sessions, I ask for pre-payment via BACS or paypal.
