Stress – Feeling like you are juggling too many balls, that you are surrounded by situations that leave you feeling out of control or overwhelmed or that you are hitting your head against a brick wall. Picture having all of your worries in a stress bucket. Close to overflowing? Work with me to let out some or all of those stressors. When we are living with constant stress, it can increase feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, anger and frustration. You may notice that you are drinking, smoking or eating more or that you can’t sleep as easily. Anxiety – Are you feeling panicky or anxious at things that didn’t used to bother you, or feeling like you are constantly on edge, and on the look out for danger? Perhaps responding to different triggers with a feeling of anxiety? The Fight or Flight or Freeze response is useful when we are in danger – but not necessary when we are just going about our day. If you want to gain that growing sense of peace and calm, then I can help you get there.
Depression or low moods – Some people describe depression like a huge black cloud hanging over them or a feeling that they can’t be bothered to be bothered. If you have stopped finding joy in things that bring you joy, we can work together to get that mindset back on track so that you are living life with a sense of purpose again.

What is the Smashing SAD programme?
Smashing SAD is an approach that uses hypnotherapy, BWRT and coaching for eliminating Stress, Anxiety and Depression. It is a programme that is designed with you in mind. A bespoke package tailored specifically to meet your needs with one to six sessions, plus a complimentary follow-up session.
We start with a free 15-30 minute consultation where we discuss how you are feeling and what is causing your current issues. This gives us both an opportunity to ensure that this is the right package of support for you.
Each of the sessions will use a blend of BWRT ®, hypnosis, counselling, coaching and psychosensory techniques and principles. You will also be given self-help tips and techniques to use immediately in your day-to-day life.
