Alcohol Coaching

Someone might wonder if they need help when:

  • They are unable to control the amount they drink
  • Their behaviour changes because of their drinking
  • Their drinking is causing problems in everyday life

If it feels like you are always saying yes to the extra drink, or that your tolerance for alcohol seems to be way higher than friends and family, maybe it is time to review your relationship with alcohol?  Perhaps you are noticing that you are having a drink to stop feeling stressed or that the idea of a period of time WITHOUT a drink seems to be an uncomfortable thought?

No judgement.  Total confidence.  Let’s see what we can do to cut some units out of YOUR week.

There are 2 ways which you can work with me

An easy going safe session where you can really think about what you want from alcohol

Includes a 10 minute follow up call.

Coaching programme

One or more sessions where we look at how things are going for you and help you take back control of your relationship with alcohol.  Sometimes it is about breaking habits – sometimes its about looking at the reasons WHY you are reaching for a drink and dealing with those.
