The full bespoke programme includes a folder of fun and informative worksheets and tips to boost you on your weight loss journey. That gets you a ton of resources, 6 hours with Liz in 1:1 sessions, 4 hypnosis CD’s and off session support.

- Understand how your emotions impact on your choices around food and movement plus have new responses and strategies to deal with those.
- Feel more confident and motivated to continue to make changes and enjoy the impact of those changes.
- Understand what helps you to stay on this journey – and off the yo-yo road of dieting
