I am one of the first Slim Via Hypnosis Practitioners – an innovative and exciting approach which uses hypnotherapy to help people adapt their mindset for successful weight loss.

Let’s get things straight: I will not tell you HOW to lose weight, I am not a doctor or nutritionist. However, through hypnotherapy I will help you achieve the mindset for successful weight loss.

Using powerful coaching and support techniques, I will help you identify your goals and how you plan to get there. Then we will use power of hypnotherapy to help you form the right mindset.

Hypnotherapy for weight loss programmes include:

  • Four x 90-minute, one-on-one sessions with Liz in a safe and confidential environment to empower you to get to where you want to be
  • Recordings of hypnosis for you to listen to within the comfort of your own home.  
  • A folder of informative worksheets and tips to boost you on your weight loss journey.

By the end of the sessions, you will :-

  • Understand how your emotions impact on your choices around food and movement plus have new responses and strategies to deal with those.
  • Feel more confident and motivated to continue to make changes and enjoy the impact of those changes.
  • Understand what helps you to stay on this journey – and off the yo-yo road of dieting

I will always recommend that you see your GP before starting any weight loss journey. With a background in counselling, hypnotherapy, BWRT and Coaching – Liz is excited to offer this package to clients wishing to change their weight loss journey.  It is a fresh, innovative and  results orientated approach that puts YOU… the client at the heart of the journey.
