Liz has worked with thousands of clients who experience stress, anxiety and depression and who want help to feel better. AI qualified as an alcohol and addictions counsellor through Bromley Alcohol Service in 2004, Liz gained training and experience working with people who want to stop smoking, change relationship with alcohol or quit gambling. Liz worked with Cruse Bereavement Care for a number of years as a counsellor. If you feel that you would like to resolve long-standing feelings of grief, then get in touch. It often only takes one session to feel at peace and calm again.
